Luiz became our realtor through Zillow. We have bought and sold over 10 homes in the last 20 years. With the pandemic we never thought we would find a realtor that was able to take what we wrote down as our wishes and turn that into a dream come true!
We bought our home through virtual tours only and we only first saw our home AFTER we had signed a contract. Crazy? If I was reading this I may think so but what i am trying to say is Luiz was able to steer us away from homes he showed us that did not meet our requirements. We ended up with a bungalow which we love and get to make the subtle changes to make it our own for our future retirement.
My wife and I would recommend Luiz if you are looking for a realtor who really listens to what you want and knows the areas to look for your wishes.
