Luke Jackson

Luke Jackson is a commercial real estate professional who brings a diverse skill set to his role at Newmark Phoenix Realty Group. Luke specializes in landlord and tenant representation, investment sales, and site selection of industrial assets. He primarily services manufacturing and distribution users in the greater Savannah area.

Prior to joining Newmark Phoenix Realty Group, Luke served as an environmental consultant in the engineering department at GWES. During his time, he assisted both municipal and non-municipal clients with land development through navigating wetland disturbance permitting and mitigation. His extensive background in project management and environmental consulting compliments his ability to tackle complex real estate projects.

Luke’s strong academic background is underscored by his education at Georgia College & State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science

Luke holds a certification from the Georgia Real Estate Commission (GREC) as a licensed salesperson. Additionally, he has obtained the D&D West Wetland Training certification, showcasing his commitment to maintaining the highest standards of excellence in his field.
