When buying and selling in this market it is really important you have someone in your corner that has your best interest in mind and is willing to work to ensure you get what you need.

Having been burned by Agents in the past, and even buying a house without an agent many years ago, I am extremely critical of the relationship with an agent. Lydia (and her team) exceeded expectations at every step.

We went from passively looking for a house (with a few tours), and when we found the house we wanted we had 6 hours to get an offer in for a competitive situation. Lydia did an amazing job understanding how to best structure our offer to win, as well as ensure we were not over extending.

Then we needed to quickly sell our house. Lydia helped us ensure we did the right work to have it list well, had a stager who helped us declutter, amazing photos, and a great write up of the house. We were able to secure multiple incredible offers.

If you need someone who is responsive, detailed, clearly has your best interest in mind, and a solid team to ensure things move along, then the Golesh Team is where you should be looking.

There can't possibly be a better team operating in the Denver metro area.

Our experience began with an initial consultation with Lydia in December 2021, where we described our desire of finding out what we could get for our Arvada townhome so we could use that equity toward our first home purchase. With our second child due in April, we were hoping to find a home more suitable for our growing family by March.
Lydia drew up a gameplan, and we had huge success listing our property. We began looking ourselves, but became discouraged at what we were seeing going on in this crazy market. As sellers, we were excited- as buyers, we were terrified!
The greatest trait Lydia displayed is patience. She walked us through our fears and pessimism, encouraging, educating and never pressuring. She showed care in how she communicated with both of us. We were always able to schedule showings conveniently and our lines of communication were uninterrupted.
We got beat on just ONE OFFER (which was an absurd offer 150k over asking). After that, it was only Lydia's genius strategy that made our reasonable offer one that wasn't refused. We are now settled and ready to welcome our new baby home.
I have no doubt you are missing out if you are using any other team. Even our loan officer commented on them being the best he's worked with.
Prompt, aggressive, patient, and educational. They have got to be the best in town. We feel absolutely blessed to have had the Golesh Team on our side during one of the most chaotic periods of our lives!

We were referred to Lydia by a coworker and we are very happy we got the chance to work with her. Lydia is not only a wonderful and ethical person, but she is the best advocate for her clients that I have ever experienced. Her calm demeanor should not be mistaken for her extreme dedication to her clients. Overall, our home buying experience was smooth. However, we did run into some issues with our builder and Lydia jumped right on the issue and made it clear what she expected from the builder and held them accountable to their timeline. In a market where houses are regularly going for 50-100K over asking price, often with cash offers, the fact that a realtor can even get you under contract is saying a lot! Purchasing your first home can be super stressful and anxiety-provoking, at least that's what I had heard. From day 1, Lydia was incredible to work with; she made sure we completely understood what the process would look like and asked all the right questions to fully understand not only what we were looking for in a house, but our lifestyle and future goals so she could help narrow down our search with what we would truly like. We used Lydia by recommendation from our lender. We hadn't met her and didn't know anything about her. Our first interaction was a phone call. I thought it was going to be quick, but Lydia took her time and got to know us as much as she could with a first phone call. She truly listened to what we were looking for and did not try to decide that for us.
She was encouraging that what we wanted to find was out there. She set us up so that we could spend a lot of time searching and looking. She was very responsive over email and made herself available for phones calls and questions.
When we did find a home that we wanted Lydia was extremely quick to get our offer ready and was also incredibly thorough when going through what everything met. She made sure deadlines were clear to us and helped us keep on track. She pushed the sellers and the sellers' agent to stay on top of their end and to address things we had asked of them.
I'm very glad we worked with Lydia. She is very professional but still someone you can make some jokes with about ugly paint or weird smells in some of the less than perfect houses you will inevitably see.
