Lymaris is very knowledgable, professional and honest Realtor. She has helped us in the process of selling and buying our home in Orlando/St Cloud. We consider her our Realtor and friend for life. There are no question that has gone unanswered, Lymaris always goes above and beyond for her clients to get them the best there is to offer.
Our 2 transactions with her have always been smooth and pleasant, and even know there were some turbulances, she always had the Patience to take us the right direction for our best. She is very easy to get hold of, she called everyday to at least say hi, and we loved that. She responds quickly to any questions and if she did not have the answer at the moment she always took the time to research for the best answer, and for us that was a HUGE plus, because when selling and buying a house the last thing you need is to continue waiting in agony for answers. Buying your first home is a nerve wracking process. I have been trying to buy a house for 2 years. I encountered realtors with poor knowledge, unable to answer questions about the buying process, only wanting to sale. To my luck, I found Ms. Lymaris Rosado at GWorld! She answered my every question, very smart, carying, professional and always looking after my family's best interests. Very organized, accommodated to my schedule, always went above and beyond when I encountered any problems. Staff at GWorld LakeNona are wonderful, especially Ms. Sharon and Ms. Alexandria. This office works like a real A+ team. They worked together to see me succeed. Today I am happy to say that yesssssssss!!!!!!, I am finally a homeowner! My kids and I are forever grateful.

I can't speak highly enough of my experience with Lymaris Rosado. Lymaris was very knowledgeable and walked me through every step of the process in the sale of my home. Her proposal for selling my home was efficient, and included a video on my neighborhood and home to assist with the sale. She even arranged the staging for photographs herself! Lymaris offered me thoughtful and critical advice up until I finished the sale of my home. The sale went so well that she brought in offers, well above asking price. I couldn't have been more impressed with her work! She was very helpful in explaining the entire process, which helped a great deal in relieving my stress level, considering the pressure I was under to complete the sale in a tight timeframe. She is honest, hands-on, and there to offer her guidance every step of the way. Lymaris was always available to answer my questions or concerns.
I especially appreciated her insight and guidance throughout the negotiations. In the future, I wouldn’t hesitate to work with Lymaris again or give her anything but the highest recommendation.
