Lyndsey Geiger

Before joining the world of Real Estate, Lyndsey held a decade-long career in the wine and spirits industry. She relocated to New York City from Colorado back in 2013 and worked with international companies like Lucas Bols and Oyster Bay Wines, successfully expanding their footprint in the on-premise and national account spheres throughout the U.S. After six years on the East Coast, her home state of Colorado was calling her back along with her family.

Lyndsey’s background in sales and talent for organization and interior design is matched by her exceptional communication skills, rapport with clients, and community outreach. When conflicts arise, she’s proactive in providing and communicating resolutions to ensure a seamless experience from contract to close with every client. Lyndsey knew she wanted to work alongside her mom and help her expand her reach by introducing a new sphere of opportunity to first-time homebuyers and millennials.

She got to know the needs of these clients first-hand while working on-site with a national builder here in Colorado where she was a top producer her first year with one of the highest customer satisfaction ratings in the company. Her specialized knowledge in new construction provides an inside perspective when it comes to negotiation strategy, expectations of the building process, and the best times to buy to save her clients money on their investment.

In her free time you can not only find her working on her golf game - a never ending cycle. She also volunteers her time with Food For Thought, Board Member for the Louisville Chamber, Board Member for the Buffalo Belles and works with the foster program for the Golden Retriever Freedom Rescue, where the Geiger Group mascot Jax was adopted from.
