My wife and I used 3 different agents over the past 5 year, before Lynn was recommended to us, and we will continue to use her for all future transactions. Lynn is responsive, polite and genuinely cares about you and your property. While showing our property, rain was scheduled for the next day and we voiced our concern about people tracking water and mud into the house. Lynn brought over (2) of her personal rugs, and a sign saying, "Please remove your shoes before walking the house, or use these booties to cover them" (Lynn provided a basket of disposable slip on botties) Lynn is VERY knowledgeable about the market and her summary sheet of all offers is most helpful. She showed up for the Inspection and appraisal.

I have worked with RE agents for 20 years as a RE investor in 4 different states and home owner in 3 states- Lynn is by FAR the best agent I have ever worked with. Her contributions were above average since day one, her CMA was extremely complete and left zero doubt in my mind about what the next steps were in this new competitive market. Her diligence went far beyond getting signatures and posting pretty pictures in the right sites. She diligently look over out assets even when other realtors or clients didn't. Did it day and night! I will advice anyone in this area to hire Lynn for any of you selling or buying needs. She is very professional, highly knowledgeable and very respectful of your time and needs. Lynn has been our agent for the purchase and sale of our first home and the purchase of our current. Not only were we able to save a ton of our equity in utilizing her services, she was amazing from start to finish. She helped us obtain both houses we purchased at our target price and was incredibly knowledgeable during the home-shopping process. She was able to point out red flags we wouldn’t have otherwise noticed and help us make educated decisions. I have been a real estate investor and land lord for over 25 years and I have used and worked with several different realtors on both sides of transactions. Never in all of those years have I come across a realtor who works as hard as Lynn McGeein! She is on top of it from the beginning until the end of each deal. I wish I would have met her earlier in my real estate career.
