Lynn Jacobson Osslund originally obtained her salesperson’s license in 1977 while still in college, and formally began her real estate career in 1980, after graduating from UC Davis with a BS with Honors in Economics. She obtained her broker’s license in 1986.

Over the last 40+ years, Lynn has represented buyers and sellers, investors and developers, and landlords and tenants, in a broad variety of transactions including leasing, sales, acquisitions, tax-deferred exchanges, developable properties, and general real estate investments.

Lynn has been active in the educational community in Ventura County, having served on the Board of Directors for the Mesa Union Education Foundation for 13 years, coordinated a fine arts enrichment program with Mesa Union Students K-8, teachers, parents and administration for 8 of those years, served on the Rio Mesa High School Improvement Program (SIP) committee and Scholarship Foundation for 4 years, and has also served on various building and homeowner association boards and has held various offices as President, Secretary and Treasurer in these affiliations.

She has been married since 1981 to Timothy Osslund, one of the founding scientists of Amgen Inc. and adjunct professor at CSUCI, and they have 3 married daughters & 4 grandchildren.
