Bought a Single Family home in 2016 for approximately $350K in Campbell Hall, NY. A friend recommended, Lyra Blumenthal, a few years ago when we were looking to rent out our condo. I'm so happy they did! Lyra went above & beyond to get us great renters!!! She did all the leg work & the only thing we needed to do, was sign the lease. I told her that she's our good luck charm with renters. Her response said it all, I act as if it's my condo to rent. Last year my husband and I were looking for our first home. Lyra, showed us many homes and never in any way pushed us to make a sale. She wanted us to find exactly what we were looking for, and we did!!! She knows her job very well & when it came time to close, it went smoothly. We highly recommend Lyra and wouldn't use anyone else!
