What can I say? Logan is the absolute best agent I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with. He is patient, he’s kind, he listens to your needs, his knowledge of the market and area put him and you at a great advantage to selecting the right property at the right price point. He takes all of the pressure off of the client and takes great care in thoroughly managing and explaining the process to ensure the experience goes smoothly. He ensures that every detail is taken care of prior to closing so that there are no problems to overcome on signing day. His follow up and follow through lets you know that you’re in good hands. But the best part about Logan is, he genuinely cares about his client, to the point where you’ve gained a friend along the journey. What can’t I say about Logan? He is truly an expert in his field. I reached out to him for assistance in finding our first home. After a rather long drought from being a homeowner (comprising a few decades), I jumped back into the housing market earlier this Fall while searching for my first home in Colorado. My partner had employed M. Logan Neubert in her past housing search and was happy to engage him again for this more recent iteration of home hunting. Logan strived to understand our needs and sought out properties that met them. He was patient with my inexperience and helped me understand all the nuances of house buying.

In short, Logan is an excellent realtor. His primary strengths reside in his consistency in communication, with an especially speedy response time to all of our inquiries. We found him excellently versed in the complexities of house buying, from the conditions of HOAs (by simply surveying communities) to the rigors of financing, and a multitude of other factors in between.

We just recently closed on our new home in Lakewood and found the experience enjoyable and ultimately successful. A major reason for the success was Logan’s service as a shepherd through the process. I could not have asked for a more engaged and supportive performance from a realtor. Bravo Logan!

After weeks of Zillow frustration, I had almost given up on purchasing land in Colorado. One of my best friends recommended I get in contact with our snowboarding buddy from Breck, Logan!
Within just 2 weeks of contacting Logan, not only was I driving around Colorado visiting properties… I found the perfect plot of land and he helped me put in a bid. Last week we closed on an amazing piece of land , but that’s not what sets Logan apart… any realtor can find your dream property
What really stood out, working with Logan was the attention to detail and the painstaking research he did to ensure future water well drilling rights for my property. By closing he was an expert on zoning regulations for Fremont County, and provided me with all the information and links that I will need going forward.
He could have got me in contact with the right people and that would have been great. However Logan went way above and beyond for what I’d expected of a realtor (especially since the vacant lot was not a huge commission for him)
He put in the extra work, even over the Thanksgiving holiday, and found me the perfect piece of land. We closed last week and I can truly say that Logan negotiated an amazing price and provided me with the easiest real estate purchasing experience ever!
If you are looking for property in Colorado, I highly recommend working with Logan. He cares about his clients and their needs years down the line, long after the transaction. I met him briefly in Breck 15 years ago, and I’m so glad he went into real estate! He treated me like family and found me the perfect mountain getaway.

When I started to despair about the prospects of finding a suitable place to reside, a friend connected me with Logan. Honestly, I was on the brink of exasperation prior to that, but he set fears to rest with understanding, compassion and positivity that is so rare these days. Add to this list of traits, a healthy dose of insight into the various areas and demographics these were crucial factors in targeting what was right for our needs. During the ensuing few weeks we narrowed down, researched and did the legwork before we went out and subsequently got very well acquainted with the home market in the target area around the Springs - and are niw happy to report that the search ended up by getting to an accepted offer within a few weeks that seemed to whiz by as I so enjoyed working with him and the tools he brought to the equation. It's very hard to find a knowledgeable, competent and equipped /empathetic person in his field and his authentic approachability and adventurous nature make the extraordinary seem common. Work with him and you'll maximize the amount of Right at the end of the funnel.

My wife and I hired Logan to sell our rental property in Colorado Springs. We could not be happier with Logan. Before we even hired him, He gave us his time in researching the area for comparables and figured out what a fair price would be. Once we made the decision to go with Logan he went to work. He made some recommendations on how to prepare the home for the least amount of money with the highest return. We were not in the state and he handled everything. Logan even help us get a building permit issue handled that was a few years old. We had a few minor repairs that need to be completed. Logan either hired someone or fixed them himself. Logan was not the cheapest realtor we looked at but you will not have to babysit him or wonder if he is working for you. I will use Logan on any of our real estate transactions in Colorado.
