Mackenzie was fantastic as she helped us with move from another state. She was sure to ask detailed questions to really understand what we were looking for, and offer helpful suggestions of what we might consider. Not being from the area, she gave us a great overview of the various neighborhoods and areas around the Twin Cities. She was very flexible, and was able to schedule several viewings in a limited amount of time (since we were only onsite over the course of a weekend). Mackenzie was able to help and support us through some unexpected twist and turns of our house selling/buying journey, and she is very thoughtful about her clients' needs. Highly recommend!

Mackenzie is a wonderful and fearless guide. I was coming from another state, and she was immensely patient with the avalanche of questions I sent her way. She even did some digging on an issue that she wasn't even necessarily responsible for; she did her best to get me all the information I needed about the house. She always got back to me immediately, and the process went at lightning speed. I high recommend her.

Mackenzie Owens was instrumental in helping us purchase our dream home in South Minneapolis during a particularly stressful time in the housing market this year. We were so impressed by the incredible breadth of knowledge she has of the homebuying process, and market in the Twin Cities, especially for first-time buyers. She supported us through every step of the process and was available at all days and times when we needed her -- super responsive, informed and just an overall joy to work with. She scheduled a walk-through of our house on the first day the house went on the market, regularly talked with the seller's relator throughout the process, and helped us make an offer in less than 12 hours after the walk through. We also appreciated Mackenzie's ability to meet us just where we were at (financially and in terms of our house preferences) and also guide us to finding the best options for us. She is literally the best relator and buyer's advocate in town, and I highly encourage those seeking a new home to work with Mackenzie.

I knew I wanted to work with Mackenzie long before we were looking for a house. As a self-employed artist and designer, it was important to me that our realtor was familiar with some of the spatial + financial needs that come along with that type of work, and as an Asian-American, it was super important to me to work with a fellow woman of color while on our homebuying journey. Mackenzie is super thoughtful, and was very attentive to my partner and I's wish list when looking for properties.
