I found myself in that position, I called a number of local realtors, before making my decision. I chose Madeline Caudiano because she presented herself to be an extremely knowledgeable professional. She explained the entire process, including potential problems that might come up. She priced my house perfectly, because within 2 weeks, I had multiple offers. She explained the pros and cons of each one, so I could make an informed decision. I would recommend her to everyone. The other agents I interviewed didn't come close. I felt like they were all about themselves. Madeline made me feel like it was all about me and what I needed.
