Madison is extremely knowledgable. She walked us through the escrow process with ease. She maintained a good relationship with the seller and got us the extension we needed. I believe her hard work made it possible for us to get our dream home. We also got upgrades and repairs den on the home through the seller. Without Madison and her professional relationship we would not have gotten these. The floors, paint and carpet were all upgraded. The real estate market is a difficult environment to navigate, and can get complicated if you're a first time buyer or seller. I've purchased and sold a couple of properties, and dealt with a few agents, so I know how frustrating it can be when there's a problem and your agent is unavailable, or is unwilling to take that extra step for you.. You need an agent who is completely committed to your cause and is willing to put in the time to find you that right buyer or the right price for your property. Madison Jones is one of a kind- she'll treat you like you're her only client and do whatever it takes to get you the best deal or get you that right property. She's totally committed to her clients and she's personally involved through the entire process. I honestly cannot say enough good things about Madison Jones. She is quite a refreshing personality when it comes to Real Estate.
