After traveling extensively through Africa and Europe, Maggie moved to San Francisco 21 years ago- a city that closely resembles her hometown in the wine region of South Africa: spectacular views, fantastic food, and wine, creative and intelligent residents, proximity to outdoor activities, diverse neighborhoods, architecture, and entrepreneurs. Maggie is incredibly lucky to call San Francisco home: the sights and sounds of the city on her quiet morning runs with her rescue Ridgeback, her commitments to raising a child and being a part of Saint Ignatius College Preparatory school community, and time spent volunteering in the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society’s Moms-in-Training program — she is humbled by all that the City has given to her and her family, and she is inspired to give back.
