Mahina was the perfect fit to find our first place to call home. This was mine and my boyfriend, David, first home purchase. We were so nervous when we first started even thinking about it. Since this was our first home; we wanted to make sure it was just right and what we were looking for. We looked all over the place and in so many different areas, even though we already knew we wanted to stay in the Sykesville area. She was so patient with us, traveling from Westminster to Owings Mills, all our emails with a million questions and different homes that we found all hours of the night. She found homes for us as well and was great at narrowing down the perfect home for us! Not only was she professional and friendly the whole time; she also made sure she took the extra time to make sure we understood the whole process. We kept getting warned by friends that it was going to be the biggest nightmare, but Mahina made sure it went as smooth as possible and we never had a problem throughout the whole process! If your looking for a professional, positive and knowledgeable realtor, Mahina is the one! I promise you won’t be disappointed and I will always continue to refer her to everyone!
