As a commercial real estate agent, she is often engaged by developers, investors, and end-users of commercial property to identify sites that they can either redevelop or build new buildings. And most of the time, this task is much more technical than simply identifying a site large enough to accommodate the desired building in the desired location. Utilizing her architectural background and expertise, she is engaged early in the process and provides value-added service to her commercial clients. Who is Maja? Maja Likakis is a Marylander for over 17 years! She grew up in Europe and came to USA in 2003 chasing big dreams and learning that with hard work and dedication everything is possible in US, her new home. Ah, the stories she can tell you! Maja graduated from The Catholic University of America in Washington DC with Bachelor of Science in Architecture and Master of Architecture and currently hold architectural license in MD, VA, DC and FL. Also, she is a small business owner of architectural company called Design Architive since 2014. In her spare time, she likes to go to her kid's soccer games, explore all the different areas of Maryland and beyond with her husband and three kids. Maja loves to read books that empower and travel places with her family. You'll also hear her talk a lot about real estate investing and construction, since she loves to design and renovate homes.
