In the fall of 2025, he founded Malcolm W. Dilley Residential, his own practice dedicated to curating sophisticated Washington lifestyles. With the same meticulous attention to detail he refined during his years in hospitality, Malcolm ensures that every client feels seen, understood, and expertly guided throughout the real estate process.

Licensed in D.C., Maryland, and Virginia, Malcolm specializes in connecting discerning clients with properties that reflect both their personal taste and lifestyle goals. Outside of real estate, Malcolm enjoys hosting, travel, and exploring the Virginia countryside, where he has spent decades horseback riding and promoting open spaces. He resides in Georgetown with his husband, Alex, and their English Yellow Lab, Parker, ready to share his deep local knowledge with clients navigating the city, the suburbs, or the country.
