We happily and strongly recommend working with Mallory for any RE venture. We moved from out of state, and really put her through her paces; our search was for a rural property. She handled every question and request with absolute professionalism. Mallory is awesome to work with for home viewings, and makes herself available more than most realtors we've worked with before. She is an absolute wealth of information for those unfamiliar with real estate and all its many nuances in her coverage areas. She was willing to dig for any answers she didn't have in her arsenal, and provided timely responses. Once we found our purchase, Mallory assisted every step of the way and proved to be invaluable with the process, as we were new to the state of Washington. We've said it a thousand times...we couldn't have asked for a better experience with a realtor.

Mallory has excellent knowledge and skills needed in successfully navigating the purchase or sale of real estate. She is prompt in communicating important information and thorough in walking you through the steps in the buying/selling process. I recently moved and purchased a house in Vancouver. Mallory was my realtor and she was absolutely amazing. What made this experience so wonderful was that I lived on the Gulf Coast and wasn't here to meet with her. Regardless, Mallory sent me listings, worked my children's schedule to show them houses, took care of the inspection, referred me to an excellent mortgage and title company, provided me with information on the area to include utilities, auto registration, recreation, etc. The point is Mallory took care of everything for me and I am most grateful to her. Mallory was nothing short of professional, knowledgeable, and patient with our research and buying process. She allowed us to feel comfortable in reaching out to her at any time, any day, to ask some naive and ridiculous questions. A little backstory, I reached out to Mallory two years before we moved to WA from TX, in hopes that we could find some new build communities in a handful of towns. Not only did she provide those new build communities within 24 hrs of our conversation but she kept in contact for the months leading up to our move, not knowing if she would ever gain our business. I share that story to help prospecting sellers and buyers understand the type of agent Mallory is. She is wildly helpful, easy to get a hold of and most of all, not in it for the financial gain and it was evident by my quick story. She was genuinely in it to help us make a huge state to state move in hopes of finding our next dream home. We were a little "green" to the processes of buying a home and some of the nuances that come/came with it.

Her help doesn't stop there. As we grew closer to closing, we had tons of moving items in the process and we were growing more and more excited to move in. We did the unthinkable and attempted to close earlier than scheduled, thus scheduling out our inspection, walk-through, and orientation in the same week. In hopes of hitting that "early close date". Mallory did everything she could, got us in touch with all the parties, scheduled the inspection for us, and met us at every meeting. Guess what, we moved in early! I don't suggest this, as it was stressful but this was another reason why we are elated to have been with Mallory during this experience. People throw around the term "...went above and beyond", well Mallory truly embodies that.

Overall, I could not be happier with my experience with Mallory, I only wish I could've used her in TX. Mallory, thank you for all you did and continue to do for us. We look very forward in a continued relationship with you, for decades to come. Don't worry, we will hold onto this property for awhile!

Ms. Mallory did a wonderful job on helping us sell our house in Vancouver. She answered all my questions and was very responsive. I appreciate her answering my stressed-out phone calls and helping me relax. Our sale took a little bit longer than necessary due to finances on part of the buyer and she really worked with them to get everything in place. She is very to the point, explains things in ways we could understand.

She really went above and beyond in helping me deal with the renters that we had living there and communicating with the property management company to get last minute issues ironed out.

There were some repairs that we needed to do and she was helpful in finding a contractor to help with some of the repairs and being available so that I did not have to be there when the contractor needed access to the house for repairs. That's the biggest challenge Is finding someone you trust to enter your home and she made it a painless process.

I would definitely recommend her to my friends and I have already. She is patient and friendly and very professional.

Her office was very easy to work with. I appreciate that we were able to handle a lot of the document signing via electronic signatures. We only had to get one item notarized that I remember. Everything else we were sent links via e-mail to the documents and signed everything online. After the sale was over, we received all of our documents electronically.

I've both purchased and sold a home with Mallory, and received a seamless and concise experience all the way through. When purchasing a home, I looked at many different houses in the area. Mallory produced a showing of each house in a timely manner, and always showed up on time to walk me through the property and highlight the key features.

After deciding which house I wanted to buy, Mallory pursued the deal vigorously, and had daily updates on what was required to move forward. I'd never bought a house before and I had a lot of questions, (many of which might have been obvious) but she always answered every question thoroughly and in terms that I could understand.

Selling my house (also as a first time) was just as easy and painless. She explained the process exactly, and I always knew what was going on, what needed to be done next, and what the deadlines were. When my home inspection came back with some issues, and the house was set to close in a matter of days, she provided servicemen that could give me a next-day bid, which greatly helped my sales price. I saved thousands by receiving her bids and comparing them to the buyer's bids. She knows exactly how to feel out a deal, and knows when it's best to bend, and best to stand firm. I'd trust her with any home purchase or sale, big and small.

Found Mallory online who was great about understanding our housing requirements to locate listings throughout area. On weekend trips up to the Northwest, she available properties and directed us to open houses. In time, we found a great place in a new subdivision, Mallory helped us through a fairly painless sales offer and acceptance process. We closed at beginning of the shelter-in-place period. Forced to use a mobile notary. Mallory represented us at the actual closing and took possession of keys. She’s responsive and dependable. Mallory is absolutely amazing and we highly recommend her! She was professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and resourceful in assisting us with our move to WA from CA. She made herself available on short notice for several days showing my wife and I numerous properties and neighborhoods. When we settled on a unique 40-acre property she connected us with her local bank resource to secure financing where my ‘big bank’ contacts had no suitable loan products. My husband and I recently moved to Vancouver, WA from Alaska. We are previous homeowners, and knew what we were looking for, just needed a realtor. We Google searched top realtors in Vancouver, and Hasson Company popped up. It was a Saturday, and the physical office was closed when we called. We were directed to texting the manager. We received a response immediately, and she let us know Mallory would be contacting us. She called us within five minutes and got the ball rolling. She asked what we were looking for, we let her know our yes/no list. She emailed us a list of homes and we starting doing tours the next day. Her communication was/is outstanding. She responded to text, email and phone quickly. She has a positive outlook on everything, and was honest about everything. Mallory talked numbers with us, allowed us to use our previous mortgage lender, and was very professional with them. Her negotiating skills are impressive.

Mallory was amazing and made the home buying process fun and easy! My husband and I were dreading buying a home in Washington while living in another state. On our first visit out, she took a lot of time going to multiple houses and different areas with us, so we could narrow down the area and see what we really wanted. When we found a house we were really interested in, Mallory took the time to send us videos of the home and get ahold of the listing agent multiple times when we had questions. As we made an offer and moved through the buying process, she helped us along every step, again answering all our questions. She took care of setting up all inspections, too. We first started working with Mallory and her Real Estate partner in January of 2018, letting them know that this could be a long process because we had some very specific wants and had no timeline on when we needed to move. Also, we had little knowledge of the area because we lived in another state. Mallory adjusted our original search area to exclude less desirable areas and those too far out. We made four trips to the area, taking up a lot of Mallory’s time having her show us properties, as well as finding things online and asking her to check them out.
After about 18 months, she sent us a house that really clicked. We flew up to see it and a couple of others, but as soon as we walked in, we knew this was the one. Mallory made an offer that was lower than we would have, but we trusted that she knew her business better than we did, and she was absolutely correct. She helped set up all of the inspections and made sure they were handled properly.
Then she really earned her money. The lender my wife and I chose was a complete disaster. We could get no updates and they ended up being two weeks late in closing. The only reason we were only two weeks late is because Mallory was relentless in pushing our loan agent, eventually getting the agent to commit to a real closing date with the listing agent. We were sure we were going to lose the house after the lender missed the original close, but Mallory was able to get us a two week extension signed just before the contract was to expire. It was a super stressful time for us, given that we had been looking for a year and half and after finally finding the right house, having all of these lender issues, but Mallory made it happen. And on top of all of this, she’s a lot of fun. We highly, highly recommend her.
