Mandy is absolutely amazing. I was a first time home buyer navigating a volatile market. She listened to me and my wants, then continued to keep me in mind until we found an option that worked perfectly! It took a while to make it happen, but she never gave up. Then we had a bit of a crazy situation on the buy and she stood by me through all of it. She became an information warrior, pressing lawyers to communicate and kept dialogue open between the seller and I as we navigated the situation. I could not have asked for a better realtor, she is fantastic! I’m so glad I got to work with her and highly recommend her!!!

My wife and I have worked with Amanda on two separate occasions - first on the purchase of our home and then its sale a few years later. Throughout the course of every interaction, she maintained perfect professionalism but also provided a level of personal engagement that I might have easily forgotten that we haven’t been close friends for many years. My husband and I are first-time home buyers and we would’ve been completely lost without Mandy’s help and guidance navigating the crazy waters of the current housing market. For reference, Mandy showed us our current house less than 12 hours after it had been listed on the market, advised us on putting in an offer less than 6 hours later, and guided us through a bidding war less than 24 hours after that – thanks to Mandy’s invaluable help, we got our dream home!! From advising us to getting pre-approved before we started looking at houses to suggesting improvements (and their respective costs) as we walked through houses, Mandy has a wealth of knowledge to drawn from and kindly shares it with clients. Mandy was with us every step of the way through closing – she actually helped us increase the seller’s credits by 20%(!!) – and was ALWAYS available. Mandy made us feel like a priority and answered (or found the answers to) ALL of our questions, typically within minutes of us asking them. Mandy’s local connections and recommendation networks are immensely helpful, and we plan on using her as a resource in all housing endeavors moving forward! We wish we could give Mandy 10 out of 5 stars, as she is that awesome! Thank you so much, Mandy!!

I first met Mandy about 10 years ago in my first attempt to find my home sweet home. She patiently & dedicatedly showed me almost 30 homes. I was so touched I promised her I would call her again because my house was just not out there at that time. So when I finally got my house ready to sell I made that call to her. Happily I was able to sell my home quickly & find my new one in a timely fashion. She was my seller & buyer realtor & she put everything she had into getting things done smoothly & perfectly.
