We had an excellent experience buying our first home with Mandy and Tim Jr. We were unfamiliar with the home buying process and the DMV area and after our first call with them, we knew we could rely on them to guide us through the process. Only with you -Mandy, Tim Sr, and Tim Jr-, we could operate this home transition in such short notice and such short time frame!
Not only we may have hit the highest sold price for Carole Highlands (according to a former neighbor!), but we have also found in Greenbelt the perfect home project for the next 10-15 years or more!
Some will say, this is because of experience, professionalism, …, a bit of luck perhaps. Yet we believe this could have only unfold because trust is at the center of our relationship with you. Trust that has grown over the years is what made the difference when my wife and I needed the most!

As you may have noted, we are not very good saying thank you or celebrating. Be assured that our gratitude for what you have done and made possible for us is beyond words. Not only we have been able to live in pleasant homes but we have also been able to articulate ways to finance our children education through very expensive schools and colleges. Few will believe this is possible with my wife’s pre-K teacher paycheck and my erratic employment experience. Yet, here we are, because of savvy real estate decisions and transactions, we are better prepared for the next stage of our lives.

Hands down, Mandy and Tim are the best real estate professionals one can hope to have whether you are in the market to buy or to sell your home. They treat their clients as friends. We have been friends for the past 8 years since we bought a condo in Washington D.C. in 2013, while living in New Jersey. We met Mandy only once prior to that when we saw a condo listed for sale by her. We didn't buy that condo but she made a strong impression on us that she is a trustworthy real estate professional. We subsequently bought a condo in Washington D.C. with the help of Mandy by only looking at the pictures online and learning from Mandy's description of the unit after she visited it. We completed the purchase by giving power of attorney to Mandy. We trust her so much. We sold the unit in 2021 while living in Pennsylvania, with the help of Mandy and Tim Hursen. They complement each other in their skills to offer turnkey service in buying or selling your home. When the tenant left a big mess and some damage to the unit, Mandy and Tim recommended their trusted contractor and we got the unit repaired to our satisfaction. They advertised the sale of the unit with professional photographs, staging, and 3D virtual tour (Covid time) - all this by advancing their own money, while the unit was on the market. Needless to say, we successfully sold the unit with the help of Mandy and Tim. Their friendship is to cherish lifelong. I always tell Mandy that she is Godsend to us. If you are planning to buy or sell your home, you will be in the best hands with Mandy and Tim Hursen.

When I first started looking to buy a property, I did not know where to start. As a first-home buyer, I had a lot of questions and didn't know anything. That was until my friend recommended Mandy and Tim. Before our very first meeting, they sent me a starter package that includes all the answers to my silly questions. They went over the package with me, and set my expectation of what I should be looking for. They were extremely professional, responsive, and understanding. I had a lot of concerns about buying a home, but they were patient and attentive to my needs. Mandy and Tim told me what could be better when showing each place. That way, I could set my expectation for future renovation or fixes. Does any other realtor do this? I don't think so. Oh, it took them two weeks to find me a new home. That's how efficient, professional and responsive they are. I would recommend them for anyone who is looking to buy home (and for me for my next mansion).
