Highly recommended. As first-time home buyers, we did not know how to wade through this home buying process. Manju went above and beyond to help us at every step. She was always available to answer our questions and was always willing to accommodate home viewing based on our availability. She provided us with lots of tips/pointers related to the housing market, inspecting houses, house repairs etc. She is very knowledgeable and genuinely cares about the people she works with. Manju was our Real estate agent when we were selling our house. Right from the first day we fell in love with her smile and optimistic outlook. She marketed our house in a very professional manner and had 3 open houses in a period of 3 weeks . However due to personal reasons we had to withdraw the listing. We have already decided that when we are ready to list the sale we will definitely go with Manju Notani. We wish her the Best in her future endeavors.

I had the pleasure of working with Manju on one of my listings. She brought a buyer forth, and worked very diligently on her behalf. Manju was very thorough, pointing out details of the home, negotiating a fair price, arranging for inspections, and following up on them. Although there were a couple of hiccups before closing day, she was great at managing expectations, and Manju helped to make the entire closing very smooth for her client.
A true professional, she will work relentlessly until every little detail is to perfection for her client. I give her 5 stars.
