How good is she? She is so good that when I was describing my house she knew the perfect buyer for it! I didn’t even have to list my house to sell it. That meant no open house, we didn’t have to drop everything at a moments notice to leave so strangers could walk through. We didn’t have to try to live in a house and try to keep it “show ready”. Of course this is not going to be the case for most or maybe even many. But it was our experience and it was because she cares enough to know her clients so well. She is also meticulous when it comes to making sure the paperwork and legal language are all in order.

I cannot recommend her enough!

I met Maranda through a women’s group. She had a beaming smile, a twinkle in her eye and a positive attitude. Definitely someone I wanted to know. We hit if off and through conversation, I discovered she has many talents. One of which is assisting and aiding in overall exposure, creating content and making the most of your social media presence. I spent about 3 hours with her reviewing ways I could improve my business pages. She came prepared having reviewed my pages beforehand. It was a relaxed atmosphere : we laughed, connected in new ways and shared success stories or those that made us stronger. It was not a cookie-cutter list of ideas but a plan for my success!
She is such a delight with a unique perspective and a personal desire to help you get started or simply improve from where you are. She is driven to increase your success!

Maranda was AMAZING. We were first time home buyers, and she walked us through each step of the home-buying process when we were clueless. Not only that, but she was able to help us get our offer accepted in the CRAZY housing market of winter 2022.
