Marc Erickson

A Seattle native, Marc Erickson grew up surrounded by a family of real estate investors and entrepreneurs.
He developed a taste for the game from an early age when he realized he liked the idea of flipping houses when he was just 7 years old. Marc started studying how to buy and finance Real Estate creatively in the mid 90's, and bought his 1st property in 98 with $500.00 cash and a creative structure. He never looked back.

Today, Marc is the Principal in APEX - Allied Property Experts, a company focused on helping its clients real estate dreams become reality. Marc and the APEX team put their experience and expertise to work for their clients, whether buying or selling, to create the ideal outcomes for them. Their unique ability to use both traditional and non traditional methods and networks, combined with their service first attitude, topped off with their systems and APEX IMPACT processes combine to create great experiences and uncover amazing opportunities for their clients.

He founded APEX because he is passionate about adding an impact driven philosophy to business, and has a core belief that you can not really do good business if you are not doing good in your business.
