About Marc

Marc would like to introduce himself as a Real Estate expert in lower Westchester, focusing most of Marc’s business on the towns of Eastchester and Scarsdale, the Village of Tuckahoe, cities of Yonkers, White Plains, Mount Vernon and New Rochelle and its surrounding areas. He is a resident of Eastchester for most of his life and has been among Berkshire Hathaway's top producing agents for the past twenty-five years, winning top agent three of those years. In that time, Marc has been Eastchester and Tuckahoe school system's top selling agent in single family sales. Over his Real Estate career, Marc has been a part of over five hundred Real Estate Transactions. He has given back to the Real Estate profession by sitting on the board of WPMLS at the Westchester Board of Realtors. Sitting or Chairing many Real Estate committees, including Rules, Technology and Long-Range Planning, Currently, as the Eastchester office's lead trainer and coach, Marc continues to be well informed about on-going trends in Real Estate that provide his clients with invaluable resources to make the best decisions.

Since 2000, Berkshire Hathaway Home Services, formerly Tri-Crest Realty has been one of the most successful offices in lower Westchester County. Together it has been a great marriage. In July of 2015 Berkshire Hathaway Home Services (BHHS) acquired Tri-Crest Realty and Prudential Centennial Realty to create a local giant in Real Estate. BHHS has over 1,800 Realtors in fifty-five offices in the Northeast; 50,000 agents in 1,450 offices in forty-seven states nationally. Berkshire Hathaway, Inc is the No. 4 company in Barron's ranking of the world's most respected companies; it ranks at No. 3 in Fortune Magazine's 50 Most Admired Companies survey.

Growing up in lower Westchester and being a product of its schools, Marc feels that he lends a vast knowledge of the area both in Real Estate and in its history. Marc has chosen to raise his family in Eastchester, as he finds it to be a wonderful place to live. Marc has a wife, Kathy of thirty years and two children, Ryan, twenty-three and Justin nineteen. He has given his time and efforts back to the community as he has coached baseball for Scarsdale and Eastchester, basketball and football for the town youth programs in Eastchester and Yonkers. For the past twenty years, Marc has run after-school sports programs at the local elementary schools in Eastchester.

As far as his professional life, Marc received his bachelor’s degree from Iona College, where he graduated with honors. Iona College’s background is in accounting, where he spent two years at Arthur Andersen and another year as an assistant controller for a small public company.
