Marc Henning is a wonderful person (and also a wonderful dentist) that we've known for several years. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient in dealing with the recent sale of our home. I highly recommend him to anyone in the market of buying or selling a home.

Marc is one of the best!!! He knows the Spokane area inside and out, and he also knows homes, and the amount of work needed or already done properly to help his clients gauge value. We moved here from another city, and in the months it took to get here, then to find the right home in this crazy market, Marc was always there with encouragement, support and information. He’s a busy guy, but I never felt that our search was anything less than top priority. A true professional every step of the way, and a real pleasure to work with. You will never regret doing business with him!

Marc is the best realtor we have ever had! You will not be disappointed in his service.
When we sold our house, we felt like Marc was our business partner, financial advisor, and emotional support system. We thought our house was ready to sell but Marc came in and had a plan to maximize our sale price. He worked right along with us to get everything done and knew how to market our home effectively. He was responsive and communicative throughout the process. He negotiated a deal for us that was far better than we had ever hoped.
As far as buying a home, Marc has listened to our wishes and has been extremely patient with us in searching for a home. We were not sure what area we wanted to be in or how much property we wanted. He has shown us many options and shared his expertise which has helped make our decision. He knows the area, the community, the market, and has offered valuable advice.
