Marc is a straight shooter with tons of experience. I love his ethics - he works hard, and fights for every penny. Marc showed up for every inspector visit, and there were many, and he explained lot of contract details when I had questions. He's such a winner, and I'd never do a deal without him.

Marc is trustworthy, knowledgeable, and engaging. He was our agent in selling my elderly mother's home. She felt very comfortable with him because of his warm personality and great ability to explain everything clearly. His working relationship with my brother and me during the whole process was outstanding and he provided helpful advice through the bumps which always occur. He took care of connecting with all the parties, including other family members who needed to be involved, and a friend who rents space on the property, and our attorney. And all this during the horrible fires of early 2025. I would happily work with him again.

Marc has shown me many houses. He has always given thoughtful advice. Buying a house is stressful - even when it's straightforward. Marc has great attention to detail. Marc has helped us buy two houses and sell one in the last 8 years, and we like him so much that we invited him to our son’s birthday party!

Can’t say enough great things about our experience working with Marc. He has a really keen eye for design, and a relaxed yet focused way of working that makes navigating all the ups and downs of the housing market a little easier and less stressful. He is very dedicated and will work very hard for you - his connections in LA are super helpful in quickly setting up viewings and tracking down info, and he was incredibly helpful in both seller and buyer negotiations as we were purchasing our very first home and then, 6 years later, selling that first home and finding a second.

We really recommend Marc full
heartedly and have sent friends his way as well. As a bonus, beyond his great design sense, he (I believe) has a degree in architecture which is incredibly helpful when viewing homes and assessing its full potential from a reno standpoint.

Marc is simply the best in Los Angeles, hands down! I had a difficult property to sell -- it was a co-op with limited financing options and was flanked by two construction projects. But Marc found me a buyer within DAYS of the property being on the market and made sure that everything about the deal went smoothly and moved forward in a timely fashion. Marc sold our 4 bedroom condo in June of 2107. It was a great process from start to finish. He made sure we had a limited number of showings and that every prospect who came through was qualified and interested. We had multiple offers and he helped us choose the best qualified Buyer with the highest probability of closing. The escrow was very smooth and we closed on time. I can't say enough about how professional Marc is. Not only is he a great communicator (email, text and phone) but he's got a very easy way with clients. We HIGHLY recommend him.

I would recommend Marc to any person buying a home, and certainly a first time home buyer such as myself. A none real estate professional (like myself) may not completely realize all of the potential pitfalls that a buyer can encounter on his/her way to buying a home. Marc was amazing throughout the entire home buying process. We met with several realitors, but Marc was the only one who made us feel like house buying wasn't a daunting or impossible task which was very refreshing to hear as a first time home buyer. Other Realtors we spoke with made it seem like there is just one perfect home for everyone and if you missed it that was it. Marc's approach was much more laid back. He told us we would find a home, fall in love with it, and if we didn't get it, we would probably find another in a few weeks that we would love more. This couldn't be more true.

Our first week of home hunting we found two properties we loved, and were out bid. Then two weeks later we found another one and were outbid.

Marc didn't let us get discouraged. He kept sending us places to see and working with us through the entire process.

On the back end during closing Marc shined again. He fought for us the entire time double checking all paperwork, and making sure we weren't having hidden fees put in our closing costs and flagged things to us that we totally would have overlooked as first time buyers. He also, had a great network of inspectors who came within a few days to do all our inspections and make sure we made our contingency dates.

I learned a ton about home buying from Marc and I'm so glad we picked him as our realtor.
