BMFT Enterprises, Inc that specializes in the purchase and sale of investment opportunities (both in real estate and businesses) mainly concentrating in luxury single- family homes owned and controlled by his parent company, Oxford Universal Corp.

In January of 2013, Marcelo expanded his brokerage business with the acquisition of Grove Properties.
