Marcos is so knowledgeable about everything related to buying a home and truly goes above and beyond to help you find “the one”. He helps you to see the potential in each property, and also takes a close look to help you pinpoint any issues that may come about in the future, helping you to make an informed decision before making an offer. We never doubted his abilities, even in a difficult buyers market. His patience and ours finally led to us buying our first home (which we closed on in 2 weeks!) and we couldn’t have done it without Marcos and his team. Marcos was a phenomenal real estate agent! What I liked most about the home buying experience with him was never having to wonder if he was doing everything he could to help get me the house I loved. He was very trustworthy and reliable. I didn't have to follow-up with him - I always knew that he would update me with new information the moment he got it, which meant a lot to me, especially in times where you had to act fast or were waiting for answers from third parties. He was always looking out for my best interests, so I felt like I had a strong team guiding me through the whole process. He knew a lot about the neighborhoods across the Twin Cities and beyond and had a lot of helpful connections that allowed us to see new houses on the market quickly. If you're interested in learning more about the whole process, he's very informative on a multitude of information. Marcos provides all-around quality service. We found a house in less than a week! I highly recommend him!
