Marcus was our realtor for the sale of my Dad's house and did an excellent job as our realtor. From day 1, he was professional, had great attention to detail and had an overall plan for selling the house. He provided an excellent listing and brochure for the house. Once on the market, we had an offer in 2 days, higher than the listing price. Marcus kept us well informed of the process and would calm us down in times when special requests were made. He provided terrific communication, support and suggestions throughout the sales process, which helped the closing to happen in approximately a month. We would recommend Marcus to anyone selling their house.
