Having grown up in her mom’s design business and now being married to an architect, Marcy has been exposed to many different types of properties and has gained a plethora of experience with home renovations. In addition, her post-graduate degree and over 15 years of prior experience in marketing, communications, event planning, and customer service have carried over seamlessly to her real estate career.
One of Marcy’s specialities is planning and managing profitable renovations before listing her client’s properties. The rich relationships she’s curated with local industry professionals, combined with having the resources and expertise needed to execute profitable improvements, ensure her clients get the most value out of their properties. She also enjoys connecting past and future clients to trustworthy experts who get the job done right.

Born and raised in South Florida, Marcy lived in several other states before settling in West Virginia’s Eastern Panhandle over 10 years ago. Even though it was an unexpected move, she fell in love with the more laid-back lifestyle and beautiful landscapes this area has to offer while still being a stone’s throw from several major metropolitan areas. It’s truly the best of both worlds if you ask her!
Both Marcy and her husband, Andy, are committed not only to their individual businesses, but also to homeschooling their two children, who are both graduates of the Winchester Medical Center Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). Additionally, they
prioritize their church community and are passionate about supporting other NICU and foster-to-adopt families.
