Marelu helped us sell my mother's townhouse while we were in another state. We wanted a very experienced, professional, full-time realtor and felt comfortable with Marelu because she has over 20 years experience. From the very beginning, we trusted her judgement, knowledge, and experience to handle things very professionally. She was very knowledgeable about the market and how to sell the place. She was excellent at dealing with potential buyers and with negotiating offers. She had good instincts as to how to handle situations and people. And we felt that she genuinely cared about us and our needs. She was an absolute delight to work with and made the whole process so easy for us. We are deeply grateful to her for all her help and highly recommend her to anyone selling or buying a home in Miami.

I can honestly say it was a pleasure working with Marelu Mota Essig. My husband and I were on the fence about hiring a realtor in this very hot market we were experiencing in Miami. We thought we could do it on our own. We spoke with Marelu and by the end of the conversation we agreed to sign a listing agreement with her. She listed and sold our house for above listing price. She is an experienced realtor who gives her clients 110% and and is very good at her job. She is prompt with returning phone calls and has a pleasant demeanor. (No attitude). Anyone who hires her would be getting the best of the best.

It was a real pleasure to work with Marely Mota Essig. She certainly knows the area and was a huge help in getting my unit ready to sell. Since I was no longer in town she found someone to clean the unit, remove unwanted items from inside and outside the unit, and got the estoppel process corrected and up to date. It sold in less than 48 hours for more than the asking price. I would definitely recommend using her if you are selling real estate!

Excellent agent - on top of listings as soon as they hit the market I was looking at the house.
