Margaux is the ideal agent for this challenging real estate market. We live in the Bay Area and were looking at houses on the West side. Margaux got us focused on the right neighborhood. Then she was "boots on the ground" literally walking neighborhoods and getting a feel for the micro market. When our search became super focused she had all sorts of clever approaches to sourcing new leads. Once we found a place we liked she built relationships with the sellers broker and worked in a super focused manner. You need an agent with laser focus, charm and humor to get what you want in this market. Margaux has it all. Zillow will only take you so far, Margaux will do the rest. Highly recommended, can't say that enough
