When I was checking on rooms and kitchen she was checking on windows and furnace and all the other stuff to save me money. She was available with every request for viewing I made. This is our 2nd home sold by Maria and we couldn't be more pleased with her hard, diligent work. We had a number of bedrooms that were empty and she staged the rooms beautifully so that people could see what they looked like with the appropriate furniture. She kept us informed at the proper times and was always available to answer our questions and concerns. She was very quick to get back to us by either text, email, or phone call. Maria is the best real estate agent I have ever used. I highly recommend her. She is extremely knowledgeable and really took time to help us understand the houses we were looking at.
