Maria began her real estate career in 2003, while working as the Director of Marketing and Business Development for BlueGreen Corporation, an international developer of residential subdivisions, premier golf course communities, and resort properties.

Proud to be a member of the National Association of Realtors, she values the higher code of ethics and standards expected of her. Maria is licensed in Florida, Georgia, and New Hampshire. With over twelve years of real estate experience, she has represented clients from the golden coast to the lush mountains. She is actively assisting her clients with relocating both their businesses and residence to Florida. In Georgia, her focus is the North Metro Atlanta area and the surrounding cities. In New England, she is focused in Southern New Hampshire, making her a natural fit to work with any relocation requirements along the East Coast. She also specializes in new and custom construction.

Known for her uncompromising negotiation skills, she has a passion for working with Buyers, especially first-time home buyers, providing knowledge of what to expect, peace of mind through the acquisition process, and guidance to visualize the potential in an ordinary home to make it into their dream home.

As a Sellers Agent, she uses the most current market information to properly value the property, and advises Sellers on how best to improve their home to solicit the highest offer price. Maria then utilizes her expertise in Marketing and Social Media Networking to obtain maximum listing exposure, and increasing the visibility to potential Buyers.

Prior to entering in to real estate, Maria enjoyed success as an Operations and Marketing executive for several real estate developers, technology, retail, and entertainment companies. She continues to run her consulting firm. Builders and commercial clients alike reap the benefits of her 30 years corporate experience, along with a solid financial, operations, and marketing background.
