As a 41 year Stockton resident, I have witnessed the city’s remarkable transformation into a bustling city. My deep roots and intimate knowledge of the Central Valley drive my enthusiasm and desire to show current and future residents the beauty of this area. I obtained my California Real Estate license in 2004 and take pride of being one of the top producers in the Central Valley. My greatest joy is being married for 25 years to my high school sweetheart and raising our two boys along with our pet Vana. Client relationships are the most important part of the real estate process for me, thus I firmly believe customer service extends long after closing day. After all, my success is built on these relationships and I take great honor in my clients considering me a resource for their day to day needs. I work with buyers and sellers and cater to clients relocating to or out of the area. I am equally proud to serve clients in both English and Spanish. My attention to detail is very important to me. I strive to demonstrate the highest level of integrity and commitment.I am actively involved in our local Central Valley Association of Realtor and sit on their Stockton Council. I was proud to have served as the 2018 President of NAHREP (National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals) and sat on the board for 4 years. My connections and relationships in this industry are essential to my continued success. I am up to date on the latest listings and count on my network for easier negotiations and transactions. I am equally passionate about continuing my education in this industry. Real estate laws and regulations are constantly changing. In order to protect my clients, it is critical that I am knowledgeable about these changes and constantly sharpen my skills.
