Maria is fantastic! We just closed on our first house yesterday and Maria has been absolutely amazing to work with. She is very professional, very kind. Will go above and beyond just to make your life a little simpler while in the busy time. Being a first time buyer, my wife and I didn't really know what was going on or what we needed to do and Maria was on top of it the whole time and walked us through the steps. When my dad decided to move to assisted living, we hired Maria to sell our beloved family home.

As you can imagine, this was an emotional event for my brother, myself and especially my father.

Maria is very professional and knowledgeable, and understands the real estate market. However, she brings so much more to the table than just her skills as a real estate agent. She is kind, and demonstrated that she had an appreciation for how difficult this necessary sale would be. Plus, she found an absolutely wonderful family to take over the loving care of the home my parents had enjoyed for so many years.

We are very happy we hired Maria.

Maria helped so much to find an appropriate first home within budget and location. I was eager to look at homes in my budget and she would see the good and bad in the home and give a professional opinion if the home would be worth price or upkeep. She has a lot of knowledge of the real-estate business and helped explain the process as I moved forward with offers, purchasing a home, inspections, and cosmetic changes that could be changed throughout the home.
