As soon as Ms. Maria DeLeon was assigned as our realtor she immediately got to work. Upon our initial meet & greet she understood our needs and considering the time difference of 6 hours from
Hawaii she was very flexible and made herself available to answer any questions. There were moments she was up past mid-night (EST) answering our questions. Her work ethic and committing to finding our dream home was top-notch. It felt like she was part of the family.

Although, we weren’t present to view the market, she was very transparent on disclosing not only the positives of the home but, the negatives too. Virtual platform such as, FaceTime came in handy.

We were initially hesitant on buying a home virtually but, Maria made this journey possible. A complete buyers realtor which is vital in this current sellers market. She disclosed all sorts of information regarding the properties. I was very impressed at how quickly this home buying process took.

To any future home buyers, having Mrs. DeLeon as your realtor will be a smart choice. You will be in great hands and she would not rest until she finds your dream home.

Maria was willing to not stop working hard for my husband and I go find a house that we loved. We were relocating from Hawaii to Florida and she was our eyes to see the properties. She went above and beyond for our concerns to be addressed and to completely inform us on things we need to know throughout and after the entire buying process.
