Maria is amazing. She spent the extra time to make sure our house was perfectly staged for our first weekend on the market.

She was very attentive with all of our questions.

Made sure we understood about importance of why she was having us do what we were doing for when the appraisal was done.

I am positive that we received the price for our house all because of her advice on staging and making sure the house was as empty as we could get it yet still live in our house.

And because of this it allowed us to buy our dream home.

We have used Maria to buy our current and previous home as well as to sell the previous home. She was able to get our home sold in new time with minimal effort. She knows what she is doing and will guide you through getting the most for your home. We built new construction and she was our biggest advocate to make sure the home of our dreams was of the best quality. Between dealing with a builder and the VA, she saved us money and stress and kept everyone on time for closing which came down to the wire all because of a refrigerator. All that to say that if you choose Maria, you will not regret it.

Maria Polinsky was extremely helpful in assisting us in finding a home in Nebraska. Maria assisted us in our search from November through March during a very competitive market. We are moving from New Hampshire to Nebraska and Maria was outstanding in locating the types of homes that would meet our needs.
