Maria Scroggs

Maria has been helping Home Buyers and Sellers across the Front Range since 2004. She holds a bachelors degree from the University of Texas and an MBA from the University of Colorado. Prior to beoming a Real Estate Professional, Maria was a Divisional Vice President of Sales for a large Medical Staffing Company. Additionally, Maria has extensive experience in the hospitality industry. She believes that her previous business experince compliments the Real Estate industry allowing her to provide a higher level of negotiation expertise and service to her clients.

Maria is passionate about helping her clients with their real estate needs and takes great pride in helping her Buyers find the home or investment property that allows them to realize their dreams. Sellers appreciate Maria's attention to detail, negotiation skills and desire to go the extra mile to ensure that her sellers see the highest return on their real estate investment.
