Her home is where her heart is! Her love for family, all people, and the desire to help has been a part of her upbringing with a father that loved life. He encouraged his children to be independent, hardworking, honest, and considerate to all. Working as an entrepreneur the majority of her life, she has had the opportunity to be there for people and to help when needed. Her father was a developer and a builder, and this was where she got her background, and her career began. She represented her father and four other builders in new construction and Real Estate sales. What a great combination! She is a professional with over twenty-five years in the business and she has earned the Hall of Fame and Lifetime Achievement awards through RE/MAX. Whether buying or selling a home, she offers great experience in both areas and she would love to help! She provides the finest service available. She is very knowledgeable in different types of lending programs for first time buyers, zero down buyers, retirees, investments etc. and can offer names of lenders that can help you with all program types. She has lived in Canon City her entire life and can provide the resources needed when researching/purchasing a home in Fremont County. As a Fremont County resident, she has raised both of her boys here and have mentored her older son, Ryan as a REALTOR. She is very active in the Real Estate community and serve on different RE boards for the Royal Gorge Board of REALTORS. She also has four wonderful grandchildren. Her hobbies include spending valuable time with her grandchildren, camping and Side by Side rides.
