Marie DeMartino

Born in Long Island, New York, and raised in Phoenix, Arizona, Marie DeMartino has extensive experience relocating. She’s lived in Belmont, Massachusetts, Fairfield, CT, Rye, NY, Rivervale, Chatham, and Paramus, NJ. She and her family relocated to the Charlotte area in 2004, first to Huntersville for 7 years and then to Fort Mill in 2015.

Her first-hand knowledge of the challenges and excitement of relocation enables her to equip her clients with the knowledge and support they deserve. Marie’s knowledge of not only the real estate market but also the entertainment areas, shopping, schools, doctors, and sports for kids has helped her become a resource for relocating clients. Marie loves all the Carolinas have to offer: the great weather, the proximity to the mountains, beach, trails, and wineries. They have great restaurants, major league sports teams, and something for families, singles, and empty nesters.

Marie graduated from Arizona State University with a Finance degree. With lots of extended family in the New York area, she relocated to New York City and worked in training and partnership marketing for over 15 years. The role of a REALTOR® allows Marie to incorporate these two areas.

She loves meeting new clients and educating them about the ins and outs of buying and selling in both North and South Carolina. Her strong attention to detail, top-notch customer service, consistent communication, and negotiation skills help buyers and sellers alike. And her keen eye for how to market properties, focusing on their best features and great neighborhood amenities helps sellers go under contract quickly.
