I am a Licensed Veteran Realtor with 16 years of experience of buying and/or selling homes, which is one of the biggest financial transaction that most of us will conduct in a life-time.

We enjoy helping people resolve their hardest real estate issues, so we focus primarily in residential Real Estate throughout Northern Colorado. This would include from the luxury market to the simplest condo, new construction, and vacant land.

With a good understanding of the current financial programs available today and enjoy helping the first time home buyer’s and those currently in the military and Veterans. We understand investment property and have successfully sold many investment properties which include multi-family. We even understand the foreclosure market and have helped several people keep their homes.
