I am very grateful to have found Marilyn Balchan as my real Estate agent. She was very knowledgeable and willing to put forth a lot of effort to assist me in buying my home. I was looking for a home for over 2 years prior to working with Marilyn. She got me the home I wanted within 1-2 weeks after she offered her service. I don’t usually take the time to write reviews but she is well deserving of 5 stars. I can’t imagine a better agent to assist with my purchase. Highly recommended!

I met Marilyn about 5 years ago, and we have partnered together on multiple projects through that time. She is such a joy to work with. Her kind demeanor and relentless work ethic makes for a typically stressful experience into an enjoyable one. Her knowledge of the valley is vast and unique, which makes it easy for her to identify a great home for families, people looking to purchase a vacation home, or people/businesses looking for investment properties. I highly recommend Marilyn for any of your home purchasing/selling needs.

I first met Marilyn last year in a series of advanced real estate seminars. The seminars covered topics from purchase and sale contracts to US Housing and Urban Development properties to Realtor/Client safety. Marilyn was always quick to jump in offering her thoughts. Her comments were quick, well thought out and insightful. Marilyn and I have conducted open houses together and she is very gracious with visitors, knowledgeable about the areas she serves and well versed in the inventory in the marketplace. You can see the passion for good client services in the way she conducts her business.
I would gladly have Marilyn represent me in any residential real estate transaction.
