Yes yes yes!!!!Every need was met in a timely manner, her respect for her client...us was right on point. This is the way all realtor's should conduct their business. Putting door hangers on neighbors doors to let them know of our open house. She went the extra mile. But years of experience and a good work ethic makes Marilyn the right choice. I had chosen Marilyn Balchan to be my realtor when I was looking for a new home last year. She was very professional, knowledgeable, patient and kind. She guided me through the whole crazy process. Afterwards when I needed assistance again, this time with the process of selling my other home, I had her assist me with that process as well. I would highly recommend her to others. If I ever had to do this again I definitely would have her assist me. She was absolutely wonderful!

I am very grateful to have found Marilyn Balchan as my real Estate agent. She was very knowledgeable and willing to put forth a lot of effort to assist me in buying my home. I was looking for a home for over 2 years prior to working with Marilyn. She got me the home I wanted within 1-2 weeks after she offered her service. I don’t usually take the time to write reviews but she is well deserving of 5 stars. I can’t imagine a better agent to assist with my purchase. Highly recommended!

I first met Marilyn last year in a series of advanced real estate seminars. The seminars covered topics from purchase and sale contracts to US Housing and Urban Development properties to Realtor/Client safety. Marilyn was always quick to jump in offering her thoughts. Her comments were quick, well thought out and insightful. Marilyn and I have conducted open houses together and she is very gracious with visitors, knowledgeable about the areas she serves and well versed in the inventory in the marketplace. You can see the passion for good client services in the way she conducts her business.
