We just had the pleasure of working with Cassie King & Zen Realty. I’ve seen so many great reviews on finding & purchasing a home with them, but our experience was in selling. They did an amazing job. They helped us to determine a price by showing us comps in our area, gave us tips on what would make our home & yard more appealing, and were with us every moment of this super fast process. They set up 3 open houses over the Memorial Day weekend, ensuring we’d get multiple offers. They went through them with us to determine the best one, out of 15! Most over asking! We had the pleasure of working with Cassie King from Zen real Estate! Cassie was phenomenal! I would recommend her to anyone! She was very knowledgeable! From the very first day she has explained everything to us in easy terms that we can understand. Our first meeting with her we literally went through step by step what it looks like to purchase a house, all our loan options, and all the steps we would need to do to find our perfect house. From that day we set fourth looking for houses. Cassie was extremely responsive to every text and want to go view a house. Anything we needed to got working on it right away! We spent a month looking for houses with Cassie every single weekend and multiple days in a row sometimes, she was always eager to help us and truly had our best interest in mind. We recently found the perfect house that my husband and I both loved and REALLY wanted and Cassie wrote up an aggressive offer with everything she knew we needed to be in the game. Once that offer was submitted she didn’t stop fighting for us to figure out what we needed to get the house of our dreams. Our offer was accepted but a few moments later someone came with a cash offer and a quicker closing date then we originally had. The sellers were entertaining that idea but Cassie knew how excited we were to finally have found our perfect home and she figured out a way to make our offer number 1! She was able to offer them a quicker closing date which is what won us the house! We owe it completely to Cassie that we now have our dream home! We were able to close in exactly two weeks which is unheard of! If your looking for a realtor you won’t find anyone more knowledgeable, more willing and eager and over all a joy to work with! She made our experience great, kept our hopes up when we were feeling defeated and worked her butt off for us to find and win exactly what we wanted in a house! Go with Cassie, you won’t regret it!!

We have been working with Mario for several years. He worked with us for a few years before we found our first home. The buying experience was seamless. Mario really helped us understand all the steps and requirements, and he always gave us his professional and honest opinion. Fast forward a few years, we contacted Mario again to help us sell the house he helped us buy. My wife and I put our trust into Mario when we needed to sell our home and get into one that offered more space for our growing family. Mario was extremely professional throughout the entire process and his attentiveness made us feel like we were his only clients at the time. He communicated well, followed up and always found answers for us. Our home was sold during the height of Covid-19 despite similar priced inventory available to buyers in our neighborhood. As an added benefit, Mario uses the latest paperless technology for signing and agreeing to documents as does his preferred lender so the absence of physical paperwork made for a much more efficient closing process. Mario was my realtor a few years ago, but that hasn't ended our relationship. Not only was Mario incredibly knowledgeable about the home buying process, but he was also very forthright about the entire negotiation process. Just because I am not currently in the market for a new home doesn't mean Mario hasn't maintained contact with me. Just a couple of weeks ago, for example, I was out of town and mentioned that I needed to return to take care of some yard work. Cassie is by far the best. After doing a refinance with a prior agency I was very anxious to work with someone when it came to buying my new home. I was completely shocked in the best way possible with how professional, knowledgable, and resourceful, and responsive Cassie has been. I can text or call her practically anytime of day and she will answer back at rates that would always have me stunned with happiness that I had little to no wait time. No question was too small or too big. Cassie is such a joy to work with and she is completely client driven. We sat down with her on a Saturday and then found our home that very day. 4 days later our condo was on the market, 2 days after that our condo had an offer we accepted and we were on our way. The whole process from start to finish has been such a joy and everything happened so fast and any bump we thought we were going to hit, was smoothed out by Cassie without her even flinching.
