I highly recommend you choose Marisa as your realtor. Marisa respects your time and decisions. She doesn't hesitate to move on when you are not interested and empowers you to act fast when you are. I agree with the other reviews here that she is knowledgeable and not only about the process but also structures, roofs, utilities, appliances and even many aspects of an individual home you may overlook. She is an maven of Minneapolis, its neighborhoods and played a critical part in finding and winning the right home for me. Thank you Marisa!

While it will come as no surprise to anyone, today's housing market, especially from a buyer's standpoint, is no picnic. Marisa somehow managed to make the process damn near enjoyable. She exceeded so many of our expectations, I can't begin to list them, but where Marisa truly shined is her deep knowledge of resources for first time home buyers like ourselves. Without her guidance, we'd have been totally oblivious to so many opportunities that, in the end, made us into home owners. So, Marisa, thank you endlessly for your contribution to our experience. Your name will be the first and last one I recommend to anyone taking the plunge into the market.

Marisa is amazing! She was so supportive throughout the entire process. Not only was she knowledgeable and helpful in local grants and lender opportunities, she also knew the type of home we wanted. Marisa knew what we wanted beyond the number of beds/baths. She knew the types of doorknobs we got excited about, the yards that made sense for us, the flooring we'd want to update, and the places we would actually call home. She never pushed us on investment properties or to stretch beyond our budget. She was able to navigate the fine line between offering market perspective while never pushing us out of our comfort zone. She was so communicative and answered all 927 of my questions. I really can't imagine being able to buy our first home without Marisa.
