Maritza Hawa

Maritza has been successfully selling South Florida Real Estate since 2005. Born in Venezuela she concluded her Bachelor’s in Economics and Business Administration from Florida International University. In need to dedicate time to her family and their business she found her new challenge in Real estate. 
The Hawa team has been formed to list and sell Residential as well as Restaurants. Her husband has over 30 years to this field and knows the Miami area local restaurants, destination restaurants and the work necessary to open or sale one. Together they provide a wide knowledge not only on location, but investment and concept analysis.
