I can attest that Mark is up to date with the industry. I liked how he used electronic signing of documents. How on earth did we ever manage to print, sign, and snail-mail documents back and forth, the process must have taken months. With Mark and USAA, I had my house approved in less than a month, and that's with a VA loan, conventional loan would have probably been quicker. He recommended home inspectors, Authority Inspections, which I was also very pleased; 3 hours after their inspection I received a detailed electronic report. He communicates on every level, either using email, text, or voice call and has the answers to my questions within an hour, 7 days a week. I really couldn't of asked for a better agent.
