Additionally, Mark is accredited as a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) by the Real Estate Negotiation Institute, and he was awarded the prestigious designation of New York Residential Specialist (NYRS) by the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY), in recognition of his successful completion of advanced studies and top-tier sales performance, ranking him amongst the most elite agents in the industry.

Mark spent the early part of his career in the Hollywood entertainment industry, which he credits with enabling him to strike a balance between the creative and financial elements one often encounters in real estate. He also worked as an exclusive advisor to ultra-high-net-worth individuals and family offices, while living in London and working throughout Europe, Eastern Europe, and Russia. His many years living abroad enabled him to develop a diverse network of relationships and a keen understanding of the often-specific requirements of international customers for which he has been recognized.

Realizing that Real Estate was his ideal outlet, Mark joined a leading real estate development marketing company, where as a Project and Sales Operations Manager, he programmed developments with a market value of $3.5 billion. In doing so, Mark established a solid foundation in the many facets of marketing and selling the finest residential properties in the world. Mark went on to achieve further success as Head of Sales for a Dubai based sovereign wealth fund where he directed international residential projects, which under his leadership, achieved sales exceeding $1.5 billion.

Ultimately, Mark chose to focus his energy and marketing savvy on a more individual basis, valuing the relationship that develops with each one.
