Mark Gerber

Mark Gerber first started Appraisal Direct in September of 2007 and has lived in the Central Florida area for 20 years. He earned his Bachelors Degree in Legal Studies with a specialization in Estates and Property Law from the University of Central Florida. After running his successful appraisal business for several years, Mark decided it was time to expand his business with Safescan Technologies, an inspection company that services all of Central Florida. In 2013, Parkview Realty was opened out of necessity to fulfill all of the needs of his full-service Real Estate business. Over the course of the last 7 years, Mark has performed 9,000 Real Estate related transactions.
