Had an outstanding home buying and selling experience with Mark Halverson. He is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to about all aspects of home buying and selling. Mark patiently listened to our ideas (which were all over the place) and was very good at asking probing questions to help us make decisions. Even with the extra hoops the pandemic made us jump through, he made the process easy.

Not only were we able to buy more house than we thought we would be able to afford by shopping around, his recommendation re: a home warranty saved us THOUSANDS when the AC broke a couple months after move in, and then more again when another repair was needed.

If we wind up buying again anytime soon, we will be sure to look him up.
