They went above and beyond helping in every phase as if they were working for their own family. Being first time home seller I would imagine that my wife and I were a handful. Through all the questions and logistics Mark was responsive and reassuring. When we got an offer we had issues with the appraisal coming in lower than listing Mark called and was able to get another 10k out of the appraiser which I am told is unheard of. When buying are new home Mark and Quynh the lender he works with were just as fluid. We were able to purchase at list price and closed 10 days before the initial contract close date. I would recommend Mark and Quynh to anybody looking to buy or sell a home in this competitive market thanks again.

He was the Listing Agent on the transaction, however we truly worked for all sides and was able to collaborate through the process and when a potential deal breaker issue occured, it was Mark who stepped in to ensure the transaction continued by working with both sides and myself as the lender.
